Ganin ƙarancin iskar oxygen da ake buƙata don kula da marasa lafiya da Covid-19 a ƙasar, Cibiyar Fasaha ta Indiya ta Bombay (IIT-B) ta kafa wata masana'antar gwaji don canza injinan samar da nitrogen da ke faɗin Indiya ta hanyar gyara wani injin samar da nitrogen da aka kafa a matsayin injin samar da iskar oxygen.
An gwada iskar oxygen da masana'antar ta samar a dakin gwaje-gwajen IIT-B kuma an gano cewa ta kasance tsaftataccen kashi 93-96% a matsin lamba na yanayi 3.5.
Ana iya samun na'urorin samar da sinadarin nitrogen, waɗanda ke ɗaukar iska daga sararin samaniya sannan su raba iskar oxygen da nitrogen don samar da sinadarin nitrogen mai ruwa-ruwa, a fannoni daban-daban, ciki har da mai da iskar gas, abinci da abin sha. Ƙungiyoyin Atrey da TCE sun ba da shawarar maye gurbin matatun da ake amfani da su don fitar da nitrogen a cikin sashin PSA da matatun da za su iya fitar da iskar oxygen.
"A cikin masana'antar nitrogen, ana sarrafa matsin lamba na iska sannan a tsarkake shi daga datti kamar tururin ruwa, mai, carbon dioxide da hydrocarbons. Bayan haka, iska mai tsabta tana shiga ɗakin PSA wanda aka sanye da sifefun ƙwayoyin carbon ko matattara waɗanda za su iya raba nitrogen da oxygen. Muna ba da shawarar maye gurbin sifefun da sifefun da zai iya raba iskar oxygen," in ji Etry, ƙwararre kan cryogenics kuma darektan bincike da ci gaba a IIT-B.

Injiniyoyi na Spantech, waɗanda ke ƙera masana'antar nitrogen da iskar oxygen ta PSA ta birnin, sun shiga cikin wannan aikin gwaji kuma sun sanya kayan aikin shuka da ake buƙata a cikin nau'in toshe a IIT-B don kimantawa.
Aikin gwaji na nufin nemo hanyoyin magance matsalar karancin iskar oxygen cikin sauri da sauƙi a cibiyoyin kiwon lafiya a faɗin ƙasar.
Amit Sharma, Manajan Darakta na TCE, ya ce: "Wannan aikin gwaji ya nuna yadda sabuwar hanyar samar da iskar oxygen ta gaggawa ta amfani da kayayyakin more rayuwa da ake da su za ta iya taimakawa kasar wajen shawo kan matsalar da ake ciki a yanzu."
"Ya ɗauki kimanin kwana uku kafin mu sake samar da kayan aiki. Wannan tsari ne mai sauƙi wanda za a iya kammala shi cikin sauri cikin 'yan kwanaki. Masana'antun Nitrogen a faɗin ƙasar za su iya amfani da wannan fasahar don mayar da tsire-tsire zuwa masana'antun iskar oxygen," in ji Etry.
Binciken gwaji, wanda aka sanar a safiyar Alhamis, ya jawo hankalin 'yan siyasa da yawa. "Mun sami sha'awa daga jami'an gwamnati da yawa ba kawai a Maharashtra ba har ma a faɗin ƙasar kan yadda za a iya faɗaɗa wannan da kuma aiwatar da shi a cikin masana'antun nitrogen da ake da su. A halin yanzu muna daidaita tsarinmu don taimakawa masana'antun da ake da su su rungumi wannan tsarin." Atrey ya ƙara da cewa.
