Ka'idar aiki

Babban ƙa'idar rabuwar iska ita ce amfani da na'urar tace iska mai zurfi don tarawa iska zuwa ruwa, sannan a raba ta bisa ga yanayin zafi daban-daban na iskar oxygen, nitrogen da argon.

Hasumiyar distillation mai matakai biyu tana samun tsantsar nitrogen da iskar oxygen a sama da ƙasan hasumiyar sama a lokaci guda.

Ana iya fitar da iskar oxygen mai ruwa da kuma nitrogen mai ruwa daga ɓangaren ƙafewa da kuma ɓangaren da ke sanyaya babban wuri.

Rabawar iskar hasumiyar distillation ta kasu kashi biyu. Ana raba iskar a karon farko a cikin hasumiyar ƙasa don samun ruwa mai ɗauke da sinadarin nitrogen, kuma ana samun iska mai ɗauke da iskar oxygen a lokaci guda.

Tsarin aiki

1. Matsewar iska: Iskar da matatar ta tace daga dattin injina ta shiga cikin na'urar kwampreso ta iska kuma ana matse ta zuwa matsin lamba da ake buƙata.

2. Sanyaya iska kafin sanyaya: Ana sanyaya ta zuwa yanayin zafi mai dacewa a cikin tsarin sanyaya kuma ana raba ruwa kyauta a lokaci guda

3. Tsaftace iska: Ana cire ruwa, carbon dioxide da sauran hydrocarbons ta hanyar masu shaye-shaye a cikin hasumiyar shaye-shaye.

4. Akwatin sanyi na hasumiyar rabawa: Iska mai tsabta tana shiga akwatin sanyi, ana sanyaya ta zuwa zafin da ke kusa da zafin ruwan sha ta hanyar na'urar musayar zafi, sannan ta shiga hasumiyar tacewa. Ana samun sinadarin nitrogen a cikin ɓangaren sama kuma ana samun iskar oxygen a ɓangaren ƙasa.
