1. Iskar Oxygen

2. Nitrogen

3.Argon

Argon shine iskar gas mafi yawan da ba ta da iska a sararin samaniya, kuma manyan hanyoyin samar da ita sune rabuwar iska. A cikin tsarin samar da iskar oxygen, ana samun argon na ruwa ta hanyar raba kashi tare da wurin tafasa na -185.9℃ daga mai raba ruwa.
