Fasahar samar da iskar oxygen ta injin tsotsar matsi (VPSA) hanya ce mai inganci da kuma adana kuzari don shirya iskar oxygen. Tana cimma rabuwar iskar oxygen da nitrogen ta hanyar zaɓaɓɓen shaƙar ƙwayoyin halitta. Tsarin aikinta ya haɗa da waɗannan hanyoyin haɗin gwiwa:

1. Tsarin maganin iska mai rai

Matsewar Iska: Na'urar hura iska tana matse iskar da ke kewaye da ita zuwa kimanin 63kPa (ma'aunin matsin lamba) don samar da wutar lantarki don shawagi daga baya. Tsarin matsewa zai samar da zafin jiki mai yawa, wanda ke buƙatar sanyaya shi zuwa zafin da ake buƙata (kimanin 5-40℃) ta hanyar na'urar sanyaya ruwa.

Tsaftacewa kafin a yi amfani da shi: Ana amfani da matattara mai matakai biyu don cire datti na inji, kuma ana amfani da na'urar busarwa don cire gurɓatattun abubuwa kamar danshi da hazo mai don kare mai daga ƙwayoyin cuta.

2. Tsarin rabuwar shaye-shaye

Shafawa ta hanyar amfani da hasumiyai biyu: Tsarin yana da hasumiyoyin shawa guda biyu waɗanda aka sanya musu sifefun kwayoyin halitta na zeolite. Lokacin da hasumiya ɗaya ke shawagi, ɗayan hasumiyar tana sake farfaɗowa. Iska mai matsewa tana shiga daga ƙasan hasumiyar, kuma sifefun kwayoyin halitta suna shawagi da ƙazanta kamar nitrogen da carbon dioxide, kuma iskar oxygen (tsarki 90%-95%) ana fitarwa daga saman hasumiyar.

Kula da matsi: Matsin sha yana raguwa a ƙasa da 55kPa, kuma ana samun sauyawa ta atomatik ta hanyar bawuloli na iska.

3. Tsarin cirewa da sake farfaɗowa

Shakar injin tsotsar iska: Bayan jikewa, famfon tsotsar iska yana rage matsin lamba a cikin hasumiyar zuwa -50kPa, yana cire sinadarin nitrogen sannan ya fitar da shi zuwa cikin na'urar fitar da hayaki.

Tsaftace iskar oxygen: A matakin farfadowa na ƙarshe, ana gabatar da wasu iskar oxygen na samfurin don wanke hasumiyar shaye-shaye don ƙara inganta ingancin shaye-shaye na zagaye na gaba.

4.Tsarin sarrafa samfura

Maganin iskar oxygen: Da farko ana adana kayayyakin iskar oxygen da ba sa tafiya akai-akai a cikin tankin ruwa (matsin lamba 14-49kPa), sannan a matsa su zuwa matsin lamba da mai amfani ke buƙata ta hanyar na'urar damfara.

Garanti na tsarki: Ta hanyar matatun mai kyau da kuma kula da daidaiton kwararar ruwa, ana tabbatar da ingantaccen fitowar iskar oxygen.

5.Tsarin sarrafawa mai hankali

Ɗauki PLC don cimma cikakken aiki ta atomatik, tare da ayyuka kamar sa ido kan matsi, ƙararrawa ta kuskure, inganta amfani da makamashi, da kuma tallafawa sa ido daga nesa.

Tsarin yana tafiyar da zagayowar shaye-shaye ta hanyar canje-canjen matsi. Idan aka kwatanta da fasahar PSA ta gargajiya, taimakon injin yana rage yawan amfani da makamashi sosai (kimanin 0.32-0.38kWh/Nm³). An yi amfani da shi sosai a fannin ƙarfe, sinadarai, likitanci da sauran fannoni, kuma ya dace musamman ga yanayin matsakaicin da manyan buƙatun iskar oxygen.
